If you&apos;ve tried Bark Potty for at least 30 days, had a training call with our trainer, and still find that it doesn&apos;t meet your expectations, you can reach out to our support team. We cover 1 unit per customer under this policy. Once your submission is reviewed and approved, we&apos;ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping and handling fees, within 15 business days.&#xA0;
