First time orders are billed for their initial shipment upon signup, and all subscriptions will renew automatically on the same day of the week you signed up. So if you placed your first order on a Monday and you chose a monthly subscription,  then your next bill date will be billed one month later on a Monday!

The same applies for Subscription Saver Packs (3 Bark Pottys, Every 3 Months). In this scenario, your first 3 Bark Pottys would ship together as soon as possible and then you will be billed 3 months later on the same sign up day. 

Here's how you can find your next bill date: 

1. Login to your Bark Potty account by entering your email address and password.

2. Click "Manage Subscriptions"

3. Now you will see your subscription page where you'll find your next process date shown below.

4. If you need to change your next processing date, please click the 'Edit' button followed by "Next Charge Date" to adjust your order.
