How Do I Upgrade to a Subscription Saver Pack?Updated 2 years ago

It's important to note that changes to your subscription need to be done BEFORE your order has processed. To find out if  your order already processed, scroll down to the "Order History" section on your account page. 

To upgrade your shipments to the Subscription Saver Pack, 3 Bark Potty's delivered every 3 months, please follow these simple steps below: 

1. Login to your Bark Potty account by entering your email address and password.

2. Click "Manage Subscriptions"

3. Click "Edit" to the subscription address you are trying to update.

4. Click on your subscription prodiuct highlighted within the red box. 

5. Select "Swap Product"

6. Type in "Subscription" in the search bar and below you can click "select" to choose the Subscription Saver Pack size you want to upgrade to.

7. Select "Swap Product" to confirm your changes and then you are all set!
