It's important to note that changes to your delivery address need to be done BEFORE your order has processed. If you need a shipment to go to your new address sooner, update the address online first and then send an email to barkpotty.com to see if we're able to intercept your package for you!

To find out if  your order already processed, scroll down to the "Order History" section on your account page.

To update your delivery address, please follow these simple steps below: 

1. Login to your Bark Potty account by entering your email address and password.

2. Click "Manage Subscriptions"

3. Click "Edit" to the subscription address you are trying to update.

4. Click "Shipping Address" and then select "Edit" or "Add Shipping Address" to begin updating or changing to your desired shipping address.

5. That's it! Changes to your delivery address need to be done BEFORE your order has processed. To find out if  your order already processed, select "Purchaser History" section on your account page.
