Need a little break from deliveries?

You can easily skip or delay your next delivery! You can do this by logging into your account and clicking the 'Manage' button followed by "Change Next Delivery Date".

Is your dog not using the Bark Potty as intended?

If you do decide to continue with cancelling your account, you can do so at any time by following the steps below! 

Please note that cancelling your subscription does not cancel any recently rendered transactions on your account.  Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. To see if recently had an order process, you can log into your account and scroll down to view your history. 

1. Login to your Bark Potty account by entering your email address and password.

2. Click "Manage Subscriptions"

3. Click "Edit" to the subscription you are trying to cancel.

4. Scroll down to select the grey button "Cancel Subscription"

5. Select the reason for your cancellation to confirm changes.

If you have trouble processing your cancellation, you may also email us at [email protected] with your reason for cancellation and we will process it as soon as possible.

As mentioned, we do not provide refunds, returns, or credits for any pre-paid product. We post this information in both the FAQs on www.barkpotty.com and during checkout in the terms and conditions you agree to when you purchase the Bark Potty service.
